027This is my aunt Mary Alice’s Muscadine Jelly recipe…
{I improvised and used plums}

first your going to need a few of these

003 (16)wash muscadines {plums}
5 cups of muscadines {plums} into 1 1/2 cups water
cook to a boil
seive to get juice

5 cups juice {I added the zest of about 3 naval oranges too}
7 cups sugar
1 box pectin or 1 pouch certo liquid pectin
STIR!! cook to a boil.

add about 1 tbsp butter to final boil before putting in jars.
makes about 5 pints or 10 half pints
